• CALM + DIGESTIVE SUPPORT — calm behavior, routine comfort, and digestive balance.

Follow the feeding guide shown on the applicable product page and product packaging. Current PeacePurr routines use one, two, or three product units per day depending on the applicable feeding guidance.

Choose an eligible PeacePurr product and select Subscribe & Save. Current subscription savings are 27% for 1 item, 28% for 2 items, and 29% for 3 items. Subscribe & Save orders also include free standard U.S. shipping. The delivery and billing schedule depends on the product you choose.

Yes. You can manage your subscription before your next billing date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.

Contact customer care as soon as possible. We’ll review the order status and let you know what options are still available. Orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping is estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Subscribe & Save orders include free standard U.S. shipping, while one-time purchases of $40 or more also qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. Carrier tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear.

PeacePurr offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Promise from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact customer care within 30 days of delivery so we can review your request and help determine an appropriate solution.

Contact customer care as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos when available. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After processing, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement. Actual timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
