Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during promotions, product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Where We Ship

PeacePurr currently ships to customers within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time. If our shipping coverage changes in the future, updated information will be posted on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard U.S. shipping is estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

PeacePurr offers free standard shipping on all Subscribe & Save orders, regardless of order value.

One-time purchases of $40 or more also qualify for free standard shipping within eligible U.S. shipping areas.

Shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout before ordering; results may vary.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after shipment for carrier tracking information to begin updating.
