How Subscribe & Save Works
When you choose Subscribe & Save for an eligible product, you enroll in recurring deliveries and billing according to the product, quantity, price, discount, and schedule shown before checkout.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription continues automatically according to its billing schedule until you change or cancel it. Each charge is based on the current subscription details, taxes, shipping, and other charges shown for the order.
Managing Your Subscription
- Pause or skip an upcoming renewal
- Change available subscription details
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel future renewals
Cancellation & Orders in Progress
Cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically cancel an order already in processing, fulfillment, or shipping.
Renewal Reminders & Failed Payments
PeacePurr will send a reminder before an upcoming recurring charge. If payment fails, it may be retried and the related order may be delayed, skipped, or not processed until a valid payment method is available.
Shipping, Returns & Changes
Make address changes before the next billing date. Subscription orders follow the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. PeacePurr may update availability, pricing, discounts, benefits, or terms over time, with notice when required or appropriate.
